Luca & Company have become well-known in the baby industry via their FunPod (seriously? step-stool, anyone?) for which they have won numerous awards, but their fame has just grown throughout the design blogesphere due to their IVI Carpets; a play-mat - revamped. So revamped in fact, that it is likely unlike anything you have ever seen. It's what happened when dollhouse and Brio crossed the road...

And it's available today at a reduced rate ($112) via the Gilt Groupe.
I absolutely love these hanging notepads! Totally plan on making one of these - I can think of so many spots I can use a jot & tear center: near the phone, near the fridge, at my desk etc. Click here for the DIY tutorial. How genius??

The first time I caught glimpse of a Woolly Pocket was inside the flagship Splendid boutique on Robertson blvd. I initially walked into the store in order to get a better look at that awesome wooden horse, when the wall of foliage took my breathe away!
The basic concept behind the Whoolly is a modular gardening method made of flexible, breathable, and foldable containers. Designs available for placing on flat surfaces as well as those for hanging along walls is what sets these "pockets" aside from the normal nursery-packs; enabling anyone with vertical space to create an urban garden.

Was so excited when I opened up the latest CB2 catalogue to discover they are featuring a Whooly Wall Pocket this season for $39.95!!
