New lip stain for spring 2010 by Tarte. Perfect if you aren't used to wearing strong colors on your mouth - try a sheer wash of red or bright pink (Lust, or Amused). You can build up the color depth as you feel more comfortable... Endorsed by makeup artist Tine Turnbow. I'm a total sucker for real lip/cheek stains (haven't used a powder blush in years!), and I love Tarte for all their naturalism! Give your skin a much stronger chance to withstand the age of time by loosing the chemicals!
Tarte Natural Lip Stain from Sephora $24.00

Feast your eyes on this birds nest play space! I'm envisioning it as a whimsical reading zone...

From O*GE of Haifa, Israel.
I stumbled upon this wonderful infant bath, and I so love the idea! Designed by PujBaby (pronounced Pudge), you may have heard of their PujShoes. This bathtub fits into any standard bathroom sink, and stores flat (you can hang it to dry), making infant bath time super easy. I don't know about you, but bathing my newborn was such an ordeal, I was always pushing it off... somehow I ended up totally drenched, my arms ached from trying to properly support my baby, and I had to use quite a few towels to make the baby comfortable and not slip 'n slide.
Good looking tableware for kids from Kidishes. Durable, tempered glass in simplistic clean-kitchen design (sure trumps plastic disney princess prints!). Gotta hand it to 'em for the cute video...made me smile.

Beaba Babycook - is now at Williams Sonoma!! $149.95
For those of you unfamiliar with the Babycook, it's a product from France enabling you to make homemade baby food with minimal (and I mean minimal!) work. Steams (in 15 minutes max!) and purées fruit, veggies, fish, meat, and even grains in one dish!! Forget about dealing with pots of water, steaming baskets, strainers, and food processors... This machine leaves you with no excuses!! Take control of what your baby consumes - lose the jarred food preservatives, and produce nutritional meals for your little one. Nix that picky-eating habit right in the bud by giving your baby more menu options straight from the get-go...
(This and the Qubies, and you're totally set!)
