While shopping around these past few weeks (on the www) for some Purim costume inspiration, I came across some lovely sites. Here's one that struck a chord (though, unfortunately on the retail high-brow) - Oopsy Daisy Baby. Whimsical, magical, lovely little girls pettiskirts - in a rainbow of color options, and an array of vintage chenille and other luxurious textiles and materials. Here's to girls!!

Laid eyes upon this architecturally-stimulating, beauty of a coffee table last night. I think it's marvelous! Was launched at the Toronto Interior Design Show for 2010, from the Practice of Everyday Design.

I feel like it's been years since I've seen so many covered joints and bones on the featured runways. Seems 'tis the season... Show off your wardrobe, ladies! ; )

My sister forwarded this photo to me (thanks, Shterni!) of some bare wooden toy cars she picked up in the Target $1 Spot Clearance isle. Adorable contemporary designs for one buck simply can't be beat! These cars remind me of these hot little numbers by TO be US. Super cute for a project/center piece at a little boys party; makes for an awesome upshernish painting project (a car, a paper plate, some paint, and a brush - viola!), or simple and modern as a raw wooden toy display.... (Check out that Target $1 isle - sometimes its a bit of a treasure trove.)
